We used to have one of these every week. Let's get that going again.

I had a good 1st week - I lost 8 lbs!!

Now the hard part - keep going!

Wow 8 lbs!! That's awesome!!

I lost 2.4 lbs this week...was hoping for more (it's only my second week) but I'll take what I can get!!

Sandi & Liz that's great weight loss news! Sandi -- 8 pound loss is great :) Liz-- 2 lb loss is also super cool :) Keep up the great work!

I weigh in on Sunday. This Sunday I was 298 so I will update again on Sunday. Keep up the great work ladies!

Sounds like everyone is doing well.

I lost 3 pounds last week, coming out to 9 pounds in 3 weeks so i am happy with that.

I can't believe I'm posting my weight-- I'm so embarrased, especially since the last time I was here I was 143! Ok here goes on Sunday my weight was......254.5! I have Never ever ever been this high before. I'm planning on not being here for too long!! Weigh in on Sunday---- I'm hoping for a good loss! :)

Excellent work everyone! Gretchen - welcome back!

After being on vacation again and gaining, I'm happy to say I'm still at my ticker weight this week. Looking forward to a loss at next week's weigh-in.

Thanks Dee, I just wish I could lose this weight faster.
I have 11 more pounds to lose to reach my cruise weight goal. The cruise is 37 days away. I am going to Las Vegas for a week, flying out today. I will have to work really hard on not gaining any vacation weight.

I'm down one pound this week. I'm at 260 up 17 lbs from my lowest. It's tough sticking too it but we are doing good this week and plan on staying with that feeling.

My weigh in day is friday. So, i lost 1.8 this week, which i am very pleased with considering the my past weekend behavior...i recovered.

Everyone seems to be doing really well.

Hi everyone. Congrats to all for losing, maintaining or rejoining!

I lost 8lbs my first week back and 6 lbs this past week (I weighed in on Monday but have been lurking here again until I was sure I was back on track.)

My goal is 2 lbs per week but will be happy with a loss of any kind. I'd like to lose 138-163 more lbs so I have a long way to go but it's a good start.

Would love to post here with you gals. I so understand your point of shock at mentioning your weight. I was here a year ago lost 36 pounds and unfortunately regained 28 of those pounds but today I lost one. so I will be thankful and hope it keeps moving downward. I need all the accountability I can get. So heres to us!

Down 1 lb this week. Weight loss has really slowed the last two months, so 1 lb is much better than what I've seen some weeks lately.

Hello Ladies, I like the idea of weighing in every week. It's like going to a weekly support group and it keeps you honest. As of yesterday, I am a one week member. I lost 7 lbs and really surprised. I guess the first week of any diet the pounds fall off so I won't expect this every week. I think Ingrid is right and a 2 lb loss each week is very respectible.

This week I went down from 241.7 to 238.7, so 3 lbs. lost for me :)
