I bought green beans yesterday knowing it was the featured healthy food for the week :) I'm not sure what I'll do with them as of yet.

My favorite thing to do with fresh green beans is make a big pot of ham and green beans and cornbread. We'll sometimes have that for a Sunday dinner.
