Plan B: FF cottage cheese and pear halves

Lunch
Krab salad with imitation crab, celery, purple onion and FF Miracle Whip
Grapes
Milk

Dinner
WW rotini, broccoli and FF cheddar
Small salad

Six - 16.9 oz. bottles of water

Cute!

Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, skim, equal and fresh blueberries

Lunch: Not sure

Dinnner: Chipotle burriot bol (chicken, pinto beans, lettuce, tomato salsa, hot salsa, guacamole, cheese for points, brown rice made at home with chicken broth)

Snack: Not sure

Breakfast: cottage cheese/tropical fruit cup, water

Snack: light coffee frappucino (made w/splenda!), 1 hot dog, diet pepsi

Lunch: 2 samosas w/sweet & sour sauce, crusts from ds' grilled cheese sandwich, baby carrots & dip, diet dr. pepper

Dinner: lemon garlic marinated salmon steaks, brown basmati rice, steamed broccoli
