sprite (feeling kind of queasy) 2/25
exercise:
dog putter am, dog putter pm, gym for sure - did it, 35 min hilly bike ride
water: 32 oz. so far
vitamin:si,si
calcium: 40 % from mozz, 35 from luna, need a viactiv or sumpthing
canning: si,si- yikes, yikes, lots of hot peppers to cut up!
