ok just made the most yummy dinner! I put wave 2 instead of wave 1 b/c there is a bit of honey it is and if you're a purist, then it would be wave 2 or higher. If you're not, enjoy in wave 1 b/c the amount is really small.:cool:

WW and honey Pizza Dough from allrecipes

1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
1 cup warm water
2 cups whole wheat flour -I used 2.25 c of flour and omitted the wheat germ
1/4 cup wheat germ
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon honey

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Let stand until creamy, about 10 minutes.
In a large bowl combine flour, wheat germ and salt. Make a well in the middle and add honey and yeast mixture. Stir well to combine. Cover and set in a warm place to rise for 10-15 min. Punch it down and let is rise again.
Roll dough on a floured pizza pan(I used a 9x13 baking stone, unfloured) and poke a few holes in it with a fork.
Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until desired crispiness is achieved.

I then topped with sliced mushrooms, onions, roasted red peppers, 2 handfuls of feta, handful of mozzarella, slices of steak seasoned w/grill seasoning. Bake another 15 min or til melted and beautiful.

Makes 12 hearty slices in a 9x13 pan.
