Breakfast: organic whole oats with skim milk,organic maple syrup and blueberries
coffee :smug:

Snack: cucumber dipped in hummus

Lunch: yogurt with flaxmeal and veggie barley soup

Dinner: Salmon, baby potatoes, salad

Snack: rice cakes with almond butter
