Golden Sea Bass


1 cup mashed potato flakes
Italian dressing seasoning:
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp oregano
½ tsp fresh black pepper
½ tsp Morton Lite Salt®
¼ tsp pepper
¼ cup egg substitute
2 ½ to 3 lbs sea bass fillets
1 tbsp butter, melted


In a shallow bowl, combine the potato flakes, Italian dressing seasoning blend, and pepper. In another bowl, beat the egg substitute. Dip fillets into egg, then coat with potato flake mixture.
Place fillets in a single layer in a baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. Drizzle with butter; sprinkle with paprika. Bake, uncovered, at 450 degrees F for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Makes: 8 servings
