B'fast:
old-fashioned oats (sf), with raisins, walnuts (sf) and a spoonful of brown sugar (need to switch to honey if I keep on sweetening this)
slice of ww toast (sf) with whipped cream cheese

snack:
cottage cheese with blueberries (sf) and the last :( of the fresh raspberries (sf)

lunch:
Ate out as most Fridays with a co-worker. We went to Chinese, which is not noted for whole foods, but I did the best I could - at least avoided all the fried, and most of the sauces. Ate mostly plaint rice - about 1/2 cup - and chicken in a light teriaki (sp?) sauce, no breading. All their veggies are in a sauce, though not cooked to death, but I didn't have any.

dinner:
A "clean out the fridge" meal as I'll have to thow stuff out anyway.

brown rice (sf), mushrooms, spinach (sf), hmmm, don't see any protein here. Good thing I had plenty for lunch! Maybe I could make a sort of fritatta of this, and add some orange pepper (sf) and onions (sf). Wow, looking better all the time!! :)

I'm off to Oregon tonight. See you all in about 10 days.

no menu today as it was more of the same grab and go

only super foods I got in ..... 6... pathetic I know

green onions, garlic, peanut butter (but I won't count it as it does have transfats even if the nutrition info says zero!), hummus, green tea, mixed baby greens (you name it.. the green was in it), pineapple

healthy foods that were not superfoods: 2 peaches, a little mandu soup,

junk food: a bit size piece of popcorn chicken (honey was eating it), a piece of hard candy

I had a not-very-super-food day yesterday. My schedule got all goofed up, so breakfast was late, lunch was more of a snack, but dinner was balanced and delicious.

B: leftover shrimp and cheesy hashbrowns
L: 1.5 doughnuts
D: mahi mahi cooked w/olive oil, eggplant-tomato curry, quinoa w/salsa
