LA Weight Loss - *Slimfasters - August*

Hi all!
I'm back from vacation, had a great time. I'm ready to get back on track. We are in the middle of a major renovation and right now I have no kitchen. It makes things a little rough.

I have fallen off the wagon, had lots of vacations, in the middle of a kitchen remodel, and have made some bad decisions so I have put a few more pounds back on me.

I am so ready to get back at it!!

Hi, I'm still using it. I ran out last week but went to Sam's today and bought it in bulk. Sorry I haven't posted in about 3 weeks much, been gone and catching up since I got home.

I haven't lost a pound but considering I had to eat out most of my meals, that's to be expected and at least I didn't gain!
