I'll join, too. My August goals are slightly different:
- For enough water (always a problem for me)
- For not eating carbs after 3pm
- For state of mind, being enthusiastic, whatever
- For keeping within my calorie allowance (which will mean keeping away from the blummin cheese)
I'm not worrying about exercise - I enjoy it too much to miss.
