WW Clubs and Groups - H20 #1
Simple enough, let's make our goals for how much water we want to drink and track how we are doing. Even in this heat sometimes I don't drink that much of anything and I know that I retain water like mad when I don't drink. I can easily drop 2-3 lbs when I am drinking at least 2L a day without doing anything else. That is my goal...2L of water a day.
Well I made my water goal from yesterday though it took me until 10pm to get it all in. I wasn't outside much yesterday or I probably would have drank more seeing as it was so flipping hot. Same goal again for today.
I wouldn't say that I made my goal for yesterday exactly. I drank a lot but it wasn't all water. I took my 2 bottles with me to the ROM intending on sipping all day but they were very, very heavy in my backpack and they don't really want you to be drinking and eating in the museum. Also I didn't want to be having a full bladder while being on a bus, subway etc. I ended up dumping one of the bottles out in the ladies at the museum. so I drank some from the other plus had other drinks during the day probably enough to add up to 2 L. Well anyway 2L water is my goal today!
