Not sure what my goal should be, but 1000 seems like a good place to start. (33 minutes per day. I can do this.)

I'll go for 1000 minutes as well. My water aerobics alone will be 450 minutes. Walking to and from work will bring another 460 minutes. Yeah I think it's doable!

Le'ts see what I can do this month. I want to get serious with my exercise again. I'd want to get to 60 minutes a day most days of the week of some sort of activity. That's 1800 minutes- ok, that's my goal:

Oh dear! I always feel so guilty when I see this monthly thread start up. I've been using my sore knee as an excuse - and it is sore. However, I am going to try to post some sort of physical activity for each day even if it's something as simple as weeding for an hour or doing a short walk. It's too darn hot for the treadmill but I'll be back at it soon.

Well I just started doing 30 mins a day. I will try to add a second workout every 2nd day of 30 mins so my goal is 1400

5 - 30 min of moving furniture, up and down stairs and walking in the hospital; 16 min. on bike

Munchkin - Instead of adding a new post when you do more exercise, just click on Edit on the post and add the additional exercise. In fact you can click on Edit on your earlier post now and then delete it. It makes it easier when I do the Exercise Queen post if I only have to look at one post for each person. Thanks!
