Sweet Potato Fries
3-4 sweet potatoes, cut into strips OR they have pre-cut sweet potato fries at my Wal-mart, which are great!
2 tsp taco seasoning or 1 1/2 tsp cumin and 1/2 tsp chili powder
1 T canola oil
Toss together with fingers and lay out a baking sheet. Do not layer. Cook at 400 for 20 minutes on one side, and then flip and bake for another 20 minutes or until they are crispy. YUM!! Husband went crazy over these!
