Sonoma Diet Recipes - wave2 - Whole wheat oat blueberry muffins

;) These were good and I can't see what wouldn't be Sonoma friendly for Wave 2

Makes 12 muffins

2 eggs
3Tblsp. sunflower oil
1/2 cup honey
3/4 cup FF buttermilk
3/4 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup oats
1 3/4 cup ww flour
1 1/3 tsp. baking soda
1 1/3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 3/4 cups blueberries

1.Combine eggs, oil, honey, buttermilk, vanilla and oats and soak for 10 minutes.
2. In a separate bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Pur dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix well. Fold in blueberries. Spoon into greased muffin tins.
3. Bake at 375 for 18-20 minutes.
