Breakfast: sf/ff lemon parfait yogurt, decaf w/light cream, fresh blueberries

Lunch: tossed salad from home (yes it made me late this morning but too bad!), can of tuna, lf mayo
1 banana

Snack: green grapes

Pre-gym: cheese string

Dinner: roast chicken, corn on the cob, whole wheat pasta (still have some LO from the other day!).

l--pan grilled mahi mahi, oo, mixed veggies, 2 tablespoons parmeson pasta
s--ranier cherries
d--1 slice bread, 1/2 slice cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, wine cooler
s--4 pts shortcake cookies
