I have been stalled in my weight loss for over a year. I had reached a low weight of 189 and bounced back to the 200-205 range and stayed there. It hasn't been a plateau, just lack of effort & focus on my part. After lurking here for several years, I decided it was time to register and join "the club." I hoped by doing so I would develop some renewed enthusiasm for losing the "second half" of the weight I need to lose. AND IT WORKED!! The scale registered 196 on Sunday

all of you for your wisdom, advice, ideas and dedication. You have really inspired me! In particular, I'm very excited about incorporating my SuperFoods into my eating plan and that, plus exercising 5 days a week, is my current focus.
Now I just have to keep up the good work....!
