Sorry, I don't have anything to share! Are you enjoying core?

I'll have to look around. My 45 pound down picture is in my profile. I'll try to find a "pre-core" picture. It is significant. Don't give up. I haven't lost anything in about 9 months. I've continued to eat Core until I can get going again and I'm at least maintaining. It's a good way to eat for life.

Don't give up! It's worth it, I promise. Here are some before/after pictures of me. I have had my Lifetime for over a year now, and although it's tough going sometimes, I never doubt that it was all worth it.

Great pictures, girls! I can't offer any pictures since I've only been on Core as long as you have Losingit, but just keep plugging away. After my blah loss for the month in June of only losing 1.2, in the 3 weeks I've been on Core I've lost 5.8 pounds! That makes me WAY happy, particularly, like I said, after a not so good month. Also, I didn't lose anything last week after a weekend with my college friends (which I expected) so I didn't weigh in. This week's 2.6 loss has been since Wednesday! I think that's pretty exciting! I'm still .8 from my Labor Day goal (though my ticker makes it look like I'm there) but I set it very conservatively so I think I'm going to have to set another mini goal but what a good reason to do so, huh?!
Anyhoo, just keep at it, Losingit! Stay disciplined and don't give up! You'll be at your 180 in just a couple weeks, I'm sure!

Saundra, those are great pictures -- yours too, Angela!
I hope you don't mind that I edited it a little to stack your pictures, Saundra, instead of side-by-side because they were making the other posts run off the page (at least on my monitor).
Losingit, I hope you do hang in there and regain your motivation. If there's anything we can do to help, please ask. These pictures alone are enough to see that it really does work when you stick with it.
