Is there anyone who is doing the old ww exchange plan. I lost weight on this plan years ago so i am going to try it again.

Have you tried the points plan? I have a journal page that combines the two if you are having problems eating balanced.

kelly_s, I'd be interested in seeing your journal that combines the 2. I know i'm getting way too many starches in my diet, and I'm trying to develop a better overall nutritional approach to WW.

Thanks, Lyn

Dear MinnesotaLyn: Have you given the points program a shot? The system really does guide you in how many proteins/carbs/fats and milks you should be having (veg/fruits, too) and it's very easy. YOu don't have to do a post mortem on all your foods to guess what's in them. Give it a try. You'll like it I'm sure...

What is the exchange plan?

I've gone back to the previous points system, I like that better... Does anyone have the previous pointsfinder? You know where the two ponts start at 90 instead of 60, where the new one is at now?

as someone who is doing the exchange program. Although, I will eventually switch of points. I just like doing it that way. I need more structure then the points system!

Leader: I am doing the WP program very successfully. I just don't like the journals, and I love the journal Kelly provided.
