I have just under 6 weeks left until my c-section.
At my size u/s check yesterday he was measuring 34w2d estimated over 5 pounds (I was 31w5d at the time). My BP was a bit high from what it had been and I had to go ahead and start my weekly NSTs. I thought I was going to be lucky and only have to do those last 2 appts. but the doc had messed up so starting Aug. 2 I have weekly appts. so 4 more appts. now instead of 2.
Hopefully this heat will let up soon because being PG in the summer sucks. My other PGs I was just barely PG during the summer months. Instead I burned up in the winter :D

That's my update.

You've done good, girl!! Are you going to take any more belly pics??

I was just thinking about you! Glad you updated us! Hope the final weeks of pregnancy are kind to you. :) Can't wait to see pics, too.

Hang in there!!! :) Thanks for updating us.

I can't imagine being pregnant in the heat of summer, I'd stay in an air conditioned house all day, lol. My babies were born in January, March, and April, so I didn't have to do being fully pregnant in summer either. 6 weeks isn't very much time!! How exciting!

Good luck! Keep us posted!

Yeah I plan on taking another one tomorrow and will update it then. There really wasn't much change in my 24 and 28 week belly so I just didn't mess with it. It's really sticking out there now though.

Stay cool! Has to be tough in this heat.

07-20-2006, 04:26 PM
Dawnyal, you answered my question! :D I've been wondering how you were doing in the summer heat (hence the PM). Sorry it's been so miserable. Would have been a good time to summer in Alaska, I think. Hopefully the six weeks will pass quickly.

I can't believe you ONLY have 6 weeks left. I remember when you made the announcement. Gosh, I give ya credit for making it through the summer heat. Hope the 6 weeks fly by....

I finally took my 32 week belly pics. I'm also attaching the progression picture and one of the "bare" belly. I definitely don't have the cute round bump that others get but he sure likes to move around and depending on how he is laying determines how my belly looks (He's feet first right now that's why the top is so much bigger.) I now have 5 weeks from today. :D

Holy cow!! What a difference!

Have you gained much?

07-25-2006, 06:36 PM
On their scales I started out at 289. I was up to 296 a couple of weeks ago but have lost back down to 293 so I'm only up 4 pounds from the beginning. :)

Congratulations Dawnyal! That is SO exciting. I haven't been around much... do you know what you're having?
