I went on the web site and they had the following recipe, but it doesn't mention broccoli, but I'm sure you could just add it. I have made this, but since I like ginger I use fresh ginger for a stronger taste.

Beef Teriyaki

Ingredients:

4 or 6 oz Sirloin steak, cubed, size
according to plan
2 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
2 Tbsp white wine
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 packet Splenda®
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Preparation Instructions:
Place beef in a bowl. Combine all
other ingredients in a measuring cup or
small bowl; pour over beef. Cover and
refrigerate, at least one hour. Remove
beef from marinade; save marinade. Brush
meat with marinade and broil 4 inches from
heat, about 5 minutes. Turn meat over;
brush with marinade and broil another 5-6
minutes longer. Another option is to
serve the beef over brown rice; this would
count as an additional 1 starch serving.

Makes 1 serving

Serving Size:
1 entrée

Counts As:
1 Protein
