Ok here is the recipe I told you we had at the Pampered Chef party it was good, but again Try and use low cal cheese. I'm going to type it the way the recipe is printed.

Italian Salad Pizza

Crust

1 package (10 oz) refrigerated pizza crust ( They might have a low cal one)
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1/2 t dried oregano leaves
1/4 t dried basil leaves

Toppings
5 C thinly sliced romaine lettuce
1 med tomato, seeded and diced ( I don't think she seeded it)
1/2 C thinly sliced red onion
1/4 C pitted ripe olives
1/4 C fat-free Italian sald dressing
1 C (4 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 C (1 oz) grated fresh Parmesan cheese, divided

Preheat oven to 425 F. For curst, roll out dough to edge of round stone. Press garlic over dough & spread. Sprinkle dough with oregano and basil. Bake on bottom rack of oven 12-14 mins or until crust is golden brown.

Meanwhile, for toppings, slice lettuce and dice tomato. Thinly slice onion, slice olives. Add dressing toss to coat.

Remove crust from oven. Immediately sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Grate half of the Parmesan cheese over crust. Top with sald mixture, grate remaining Parmesan cheese over pizza.

Yield: 4 servings (It's pretty big, so you get like a 4th of the pizza)

Nutrients per serving: Calories 340, Total fat 11g, Saturated fat 4.5g, Cholesterol 20 mg, Carbohydrate 42 g, Protein 19 g, Soduim 1030 mg, Fiber 3g. I'm guessing the sodium is so high from the cheese and the pizza crust.

Exchanges per serving: 2 S, 2 V, 1 1/2 P (2 C)
