I've been trying to break the emotional component to my eating. I really think this will help!

Appearantly I'm the "odd one". :p I've never been an 'emotional eater', at least not in the way that it seems most people are. i am a happy eater. emotional stress works just the opposite on me. If i'm stressed out, worried, angry or upset, my appetite disappears. When i'm happy, content, on a even keel, I eat. because to me, eating represents enoying life. and considering all the cr@pola i've been through in my life, the majority of my life must have been happy, 'cause i've been overweight for the better part of 18 years. :)

This is a good read, thanks!
Indychick, I am originally from Indianapolis...in fact, Raphael Sanchez (Call 6 for Help) is a friend of mine from many years back.
I miss Indianapolis....until winter comes, then I'm glad to be in Florida! :)
