Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, skim, equal and fresh blueberries

Lunch: Eggbeater omelet, FF feta cheese, fresh asparagus

Snack: Core Frosty Smoothie (I'll have the cherries tomorrow)

Dinner: Core Meat Sauce over ww rotini; fresh green beans

Snack: Maybe a smoothie if I need it or some popcorn

Vickie, have you looked at Costco or Sam's? I bought a large container (I think it was either 2 or 3 pounds) for around $4 and they are very good.

those ranier cherries are fabulous, aren't they? we saw an orchard of them down in the bitterroot the other day.

Lunch: 1/2 salmon steak, 1/2 baked potato, green beans
fresh blueberries

Snack: 2 slices dark rye w/margarine, hb egg. lf mayo
sf iced tea

Dinner: broiled steak, kasha and bowties!!! (whole wheat pasta of course), salad w/olive oil dressing

Then I will need to DUCT TAPE my mouth shut!
