I probably eat too much tuna. I can't help it. It's yummy, affordable and easy. Too bad about the mercury. (Does anyone know if it's a certain kind of tuna that contains too much mercury?) Anyway, the Bumble Bee Sensations flavored tuna is SO good. It does come w/crackers, which I had it with once, but I really do prefer it w/bread or Wasa. I bought a whole bunch for a dollar a (small) can, but it's totally worth it to me. I tried the lemon pepper and sundried tomato and basil ones and they are so tasty and convenient. They have a pop top lid and they are ready to eat and the 2 mentioned flavors have 110 calories a can. Mmmmmmmmmm!

According to the EPA: Five of the most commonly eaten fish that are low in mercury are shrimp, canned light tuna, salmon, pollock, and catfish.
Another commonly eaten fish, albacore ("white") tuna has more mercury than canned light tuna. So, when choosing your two meals of fish and shellfish, you may eat up to 6 ounces (one average meal) of albacore tuna per week.

We really like the pouches of tuna for their convenience, plus we're not paying for tuna water we have to mess with discarding. The Starkist flavored tuna is really good - sweet and spicey, lemon pepper, garlic and herb. The lemon pepper is the lowest in calories/fat.
