South Beach Diet - Weekly Behavior Goals 7/17
Okay.... we haven't done this thread in awhile. We have 14 days left of this month, let's set some behavior goals so our July weightloss thread will be full of "losers"!
My goals: :spin:
1. A minimum of 64 ounces of water per day.
2. 100% on program- no slip ups (Phase 2)
3. A minimum of 4 days of exercise
Monday: 1. :yes: 2. :yes: 3. :yes:
Tuesday: 1. :nono: 2. :spin: 3. :nono:
Wednesday: 1. :spin: 2. :nono: 3. :yes:
Thursday: 1. :nono: 2. :nono: 3. :nono:
Friday: 1. :nono: 2. :spin: 3. :nono:
Saturday: 1. :yes: 2. :yes: 3. :yes:

Good idea, Kiko. I don't have specific goals except to try to meet my daily goals. I can only handle short term stuff.
For today, my goal is to follow my menu plan and drink at least six glasses of water. (I've been bad about water - how dumb is that in this heat? :doh: I also have been planning with Fitday and then going off track with eating out or skipping veggies.
Not too late to join in- it is only Wednesday!!!

Here it is Wednesday and so far:

Tuesday: 1. :yes: 2. :nono:
Wednesday: 1. :yes: lobster was planned! 2. :nono: :shrug:
Thursday: 1. :yes: 2. :nono: but better!

My three goals:
1. Drink at least 64 oz of water a day.
2. Get at least 6 hours of sleep a night.
3. Exercise four times a week (at least).
Monday: 1. :yes: 2. 4 1/4 :( 3.
Tuesday: 1. :yes: 2. :yes: 3. 30 mins of interval training on the elliptical. :yes:
Wednesday: 1. 2.:yes: (just barely...) 3. Hour-long Totally Pumped class
