Going into a new week and I need some visual inspiration!! I'd love to see some pics of how far you've all come.

I can never get enough of the before and after pics--they amaze me. I can't wait to be able to post a before and after! LOL

The last couple weeks I haven't been able to get my act together. One week I'll get the eating part down okay but not the exercise (I'll go to the gym tomorrow type of thing.. tomorrow turns into the next day and so on) and then the next week I'll do okay with the exercise (still not a routine) and blow the food part.

So this week is my week of change. I am hoping to combine the last 2 weeks and get my stuff together. I want so badly to have this whole new way of living to be routine already and not such a struggle.

I love seeing before and after pictures too, they are really motivating. I did take some before pictures, but haven't taken any progress pictures yet cause I'm not sure how much difference there is so far. Hang in there, you can do it!! This week is a new week!!!
