Hi!

I just went to my first WW meeting last night after a long hiatus and at the "Getting Started" session with our leader after the meeting, she said if we ate 2 servings of something, we are supposed to double the calories, but count the fat and fiber as if it were only one serving (capping the fiber at 4). I have never heard of this and it doesn't seem right to me. I posted this question on another forum and someone said that she, too, has heard this. How could this be? I still don't think it seems right.

Hi there,

Wish I could help you with your question. That sounds like pretty confusing information for you to figure out. There is a hand held points calculator that you can get, I saw it on the WW website. If that doesn't help, perhaps you could try the WW online tools, they're pretty easy to use and it's only $17 per month until you get the hang of calculating points.

I think you posted on the official W/W board too but...

no you double everything but still the fiber gets capped at 4 gms total

So say you have something that is 110 cal/1 fat/4 fiber for 1 serving and you eat 2 servings it will then be 220 cal/2 fat/4 fiber

Yes, I posted on the WW site. I'm trying to get as many opinions as I can, and those posts go by so fast there!
