I have found what will take a really great succesfull day, and throw it all down the toilet - right at the end.
I do my best to eat 5-6 small healthy meals throughout the day, and exercise 6 days a week with 2 of those days I do double workouts(1 in the am, 1 in the pm) But whenever I get a really busy day where I dont get to pack my healthy meals and take them with me, I end up eating in the morning and then not eating the rest of the day at all. I get home at 9 pm and end up eating way too much because I skipped food for the whole day. It really does screw me up an then I hate myself after.
