I'd love to be triumphant! BTW, I didn't know that Source was Yoplait. I'm going to look for those here. Only downside is that they have Splenda which I try to avoid. Still, it would be nice to have them here for dessert or something sweet once in a while.

Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, skim, equal, and BLUEBERRIES!

Lunch: FF cottage cheese and peaches

Snack: Sweet and salty peanut granola bar (4 points)

Snack: Core Blueberry Muffin

Dinner: White Chicken Chili and Core Corncakes

Okay, this is my first day on Core so I hope I've figured this all correctly...

B- WW muffin- 3 pts.
L- Salad bar salad with egg, fresh mushrooms, cucumber, FF Ranch
small scoop of cheese- 1 pt
sliced turkey- 1 pt
S- 6 Sunchips- 1.5 pts.
D- frozen turkey breast (scraped off the gravy), mashed potatoes, corn
S- FF/SF banana pudding with sliced bananas (so yummy!)

I think I did pretty well and it wasn't as hard as I thought. I just hope I don't get stuck in a rut and burn out on the same ole stuff. I'm very picky so it is going to take work to keep the variety but I'm going to hit that recpie thread. I'm sure I'll find lots of good stuff over there!
