Here we go:

Breakfast: sf/ff chocolate cherry fondue yogurt, decaf w/light cream

Snack: fresh fruit salad (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi!)

Lunch: LO marinated ginger sesame steak, roast potatoes, green beans
1 banana

Snack: cut up veggies (radishes, peppers, baby carrots, cucumber) w/lf sour cream onion dip

Dinner: marinated boneless/skinless chicken breasts, coucous, stir fried veggies
sf rice pudding/cool whip

l: LO bbq pork, some kind of fruit/veggie
s: apple slices
d: tuna noodle casserole, peas, milk

Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, skim, equal and a banana

Lunch: I'd like to have a big salad out after Jim's PT. Might be lo's at Niece's house.


Dinner: White Chicken Chili, Corn Corncakes
