Hi everyone!

I'm new here and I have a question:

I'm doing WW at home, it's my fourth week and so far I haven't lost much. But it's ok, I'm losing and that's all that matters. I weigh in on Tuesdays and usually save up most of my flex points for the weekend so I can go out and eat and drink.

Well, this weekend I stayed in and I have this huge amount of flex points left (31) and I don't know what to do. I know they recommend to eat them all but I'm not hungry today (and I still have 2 points of my daily allowance left) and I hate going over my points on Mondays before the weigh in.

So that leaves Sunday. What do you think? Should I just eat what I feel like eating and go maybe 5 or 6 points over or should I go crazy and eat all of my flex points?

My stats:

height: 5'5" or 5'6" - not quite sure
highest weight: 166 lbs
WW start weight: 163 lbs
current weight: 161 lbs
goal weight: ?? I want to lose 10% first and then see if I like it or if I need to lose more

Why not make a higher point meal and use at least some of them.

Not using them or using them is optional but most of us lose better or at least more consistently when we do.

How about making lasagna and garlic bread for dinner and use some of them. Many of us omit or modify so much once in a while we need to do this.

Who said you had to eat any of them? You can use them or not as you choose. The only points you have to use are your daily points. Fewer points = fewer calories = more pounds lost?

Who said you had to eat any of them? You can use them or not as you choose. The only points you have to use are your daily points. This is very true but you also stated Fewer points = fewer calories = more pounds lost? and this is not always the best option .... you actually have to fuel your body appropriately to lose more pounds. Most people (not all but most) find they actually have to eat not only their TPs but usually most if not all of their WPA/FPs and most also need their APs. Mind you Quilt I am not arguing just pointing out facts. This is why most W/W leaders encouraged everyone to use the. The other fact is the more you use while losing helps your body adjust to having higher points/calories for the maintenance phase.
