Hi,
I weighed in today because I am going out of town and I lost 2.2 pounds. I was aiming to lose 1.4 to reach my July 4th goal but I did better than that.
I now have 21.2 pounds gone and I feel wonderful about it. I am officially in the 140's now. I weighed in at 148.2 pounds. Now to focus on the 130's......:dizzy:
