Just curious.... If I take a fiber supplement, will it subtract a point or two from what I have already eaten. It would be awesome if it would!!! :dizzy:

No what reduces points with fiber is what is in the foods (peferablly naturally not added for health reasons). And it really doesn't reduce the points on foods that much. 1 gm of fiber only reduces points by .2; 2 gms of fiber by only .4; 3 gms fo fiber by only .6 and 4 or more gms by only .8. So you really don't even really lose a whole point by maxing out your fiber.
