Weight Watchers - Book for Weight Watchers

Hi,
I want to start Weight Watchers and want to find a book
that will give me information on the weight watchers program
including how to figure out points and what total points should be
etc.

Does anyone know of any good books. I cannot go to meetings right now
so prefer to try on my own first if there are any books that can guide me.

You can get it online for a fee from their website or you can get it mailed to your home for a fee. The stuff sent to your home is about 100.00 but you can make 3 payments. The online seveice is like 16 dollars a month, I think.

youre better off just joining for one week just to gety the stuff you need and then doing it home. its cheaper than online or the at home kit.
