How many minutes can you get in this month?

Set a goal and work towards it! We all can move a bit more.

I will try 30 minutes 3 x per week - 360 minutes for July 2006. For me this will be a big goal to reach!:carrot:

I've already set up my exercise spread sheet I'm aiming for 900 Mins this month broken into
45 mins a day x 5 days a week :)
Tuesday: 40 mins cardio exercise tape (Kathy Smith) and 5 vigirous minutes on the elliptical :D

Okay! We are over a third of the way into the month...how are you doing on your goal?

I need to get moving a bit more. I haven't done much since my really active weekend.

Welp... I highly doubt that I will get in 175 minutes of exercise today. It is going to be a hot one.
