there are 31 days in July so 30 minutes a day would be 930 so I'll go for the gusto and round up to 1000 minutes I really need to get some of this extra Fluff OffHello to my Fluff Sisterhood

I've already set up my exercise spread sheet I'm aiming for 900 Mins this month broken into
45 mins a day x 5 days a week
Tuesday: 40 mins cardio exercise tape (Kathy Smith) and 5 vigirous minutes on the elliptical

Welp... I highly doubt that I will get in 175 minutes of exercise today. It is going to be a hot one.
