Sonoma Diet Recipes - Ice Cream Recipe

New to site... Three weeks into my new low carb life style and feeling wonderful. Night time snacker so evenings are my toughest times. Purchased a cusinart ice cream maker and have tried several recipes with success, but the ice cream always has a bitter after taste that ruins it for me. Is it the splenda? Does equal provide a different result :?: Any recipes for frozen treats would be appreciated......... Many thanks and have a wonderful day!

Welcome, but I think you might have the wrong forum. The Sonoma plan, where you landed, is not a low carb plan nor does dairy play a big part in the plan so ice cream would not fit unless it was an extremely rare (not even weekly) occurance. I am not sure if you are looking for Atkins or South beach, but they are a bit further down the list.
