Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, skim, equal, and fresh blueberries
Snack: FF cottage cheese and peaches
Dinner: Something Core with Chicken

My menu isn't core...can you tell I need to go to the grocery?
b: peanut butter and saltines (3 or 4 pts)
l: tuna and saltines (2 pts)
s: sf jello; cauliflower

b: oatmeal w/Splenda & strawberries, milk
l: last last of the pepper & penne salad :lol:, LO spaghetti, milk
s: popcorn, apple
d: meatloaf, Core mashed potatoes, milk

Breakfast: fresh fruit salad (pineapple, canteloupe, honeydew, watermelon), decaf w/light cream
Lunch: LO 1/2 steak, baked potato w/margarine, tossed salad w/dressing
Pre-gym/afternoon snack: 1 round light babybel cheese, 1 apple
Dinner:??? (oh oh just realized nothing planned - NOT GOOD). Maybe an omellette or dinner salad if I have no other inspiration!
