Default 2 days of pain, rain, and no activity! :o(

We've had rain for over a week here, and my head can't take it! No amount of Tylenol is touching the pain from the constant humidity and pressure in the air. So I haven't been running for 2 days. Blech. It's not a throbbing pain, just a dull, lingering ache that won't go away. It's annoying more than anything, but excercise is out of the question right now. Who did the rain dance over here? You can stop now, OK? pretty please? Mama needs her 2.5 miles!

Oohhhhh so maybe *that's* why I've been feeling "heavy" when I've run lately. I thought I was just getting fat (haven't run in more than a few days). Well that makes me feel better. I get those stupid headaches too but not enough to warrant medication. Sux.

Don't feel bad, this rain and humidity has brought on some pretty awful headaches with me too. Plus, I developed a sinus infection on Monday. So, I haven't exercised since last Thursday! I can never force myself to exercise when I have a bad headache, but it's never done anything bad to my weight or fitness level. Sometimes our bodies just need a rest! I hope you feel better!

Thanks! I did feel a lot better yesterday, so I went to the gym and still pulled off my 2 miles in 30. It was hard and I had to sprint the last few tenths of a mile, but I did it! LOL. I can't believe it's still cloudy and gross outside! Blech!
