OK. Here is my cycle in a nut shell.

Today is CD20.
CD1 to CD5= Period as usual
CD13 to CD16 = Spotting, then 2 days of regular flow, followed by a day of spotting
CD18 to CD19= Regular flow, followed by a day of spotting.

Each time I start "bleeding", it's exactly like a regular period with bright red flow.

I've been having O pain type of pain since CD 18.

Nothing has changed (other than losing 12lbs) in the last month.

I have been taking 1700mg of Metformin since January, could it be that it's finally working for me?

Anyone else experienced a cycle like that?

Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

As you can imagine, I'm a little freaked out...OK, tottaly freaked out. If it wasn't that I'm meeting my RE on the 10th of July, I would be sitting on his office porch this morning.

It could be that you are adjusting to the met. Wierd things can happen as your body starts to try to work normal.

otherwise...Have you taken a pregnancy test?
