Two years ago I started Atkins stayed on it 5 or 6 months and switched to calorie counting. I did lose 54 pounds , gave away all my fat clothes and bought a new wardrobe,but,I have regained 30 pounds. Not happy!!! I am coming back to Atkins, I have made my shopping list but won't get to the store until Friday,I have been looking over the recipes and have picked out several to try.In the mean time Induction.
