Okay, my weigh ins are on Fridays, and last Friday I was down 2lbs...went from 244 to 242.

I haven't stepped on the scale in a while....but my clothes are not any tighter so I'm hoping that I have maintained. although I've probley gain 5 or 6 lbs.

MookieMunchkin, I saw the Turbo Jam infomercial the other day and was seriously tempted to buy it, but was afraid I'd spend all that money and not like it. I've been doing the Biggest Loser Workout Video. So, you really like the Turbo Jam?

Wow everyone is doing so great.
I haven't been on this thread for 4 weeks as I haven't had a loss.
Well I'm happy to report that I'm now down 1 pound. I'll take whatever I can get. Yeah:carrot: :carrot: plateau is over.

I also am trying not to reach for the food when I'm upset. Reading-writing-gardening-brush the dog-call a friend that I can share with(we share almost daily:cofdate:):lol: . I have unlimited long distance-thank goodness as she is two states away. I pretend we are having coffee together and she is sitting across the table from me. Worked well for 36 years when my late sister was in Fla. The personality comes thru the phone lines. Remember the smile.:)

Melody, sorry I have not answered you sooner. I only have internet access at work, and I have been off. I absolutely love Turbo Jam. I have tried every video and plan out there, and this is the only that I actually have fun doing. The music is really great and Challene really keeps you motivated. I sit here at work sometimes singing the songs from the videos, and waiting till the time comes when I can go home and do the tapes. I have never felt this way about any other program. I highly recommend it.:carrot:

Hi! Congrats :bravo: to everyone who has lost weight. I have a quick question. I see where Laura mentioned ONEderland, and I was wondering what this is?? I have seen it metioned before, but I have no clue what it is. Can someone explain???
ONEderland is when your weight starts with a 1 instead of a 2 or 3 or whatever it started with before you lost anything.
