Question trying to restart phase 1

Hey everyone, hope all is well. I have been trying to resart p1 wiht no success.

I am aiming to start Sunday June 25. I was very successful on SB in April but had trouble going to p2. I reread the book and feel more confident to go in to the change of phases.Has anyone else had trouble restarting? I have been falling back into old habits and want to stop the maddness before I regain anything. I do not find the plan hard to follow, maybe I have just gotten lazy.
I need to loose 10 more pounds and I just need a kick in the butt. I think it has a lot to do with additude. i know I can do it. HELP!!!!!!!Any suggestions?

Default Good luck!

Just wanted to wish you well. I don't have any suggestions... I'm new on the beach. Been here only 6 days. But I'm loving it. I'm looking forward to moving to Phase 2. From what I've read, taking it slowly and adding one thing at a time -- 1 fruit for a week, 1 fruit and 1 bread the next week, 2 fruits and a bread the next, etc. -- seems to work well for people. Good luck to you!
