Hey everyone, hope all is well. I have been trying to resart p1 wiht no success.

I am aiming to start Sunday June 25. I was very successful on SB in April but had trouble going to p2. I reread the book and feel more confident to go in to the change of phases.Has anyone else had trouble restarting?:?: I have been falling back into old habits:devil: and want to stop the maddness before I regain anything. I do not find the plan hard to follow, maybe I have just gotten lazy.:o
I need to loose 10 more pounds and I just need a kick in the butt. I think it has a lot to do with additude. i know I can do it. HELP!!!!!!!Any suggestions?:^:

Just wanted to wish you well. I don't have any suggestions... I'm new on the beach. Been here only 6 days. But I'm loving it. I'm looking forward to moving to Phase 2. From what I've read, taking it slowly and adding one thing at a time -- 1 fruit for a week, 1 fruit and 1 bread the next week, 2 fruits and a bread the next, etc. -- seems to work well for people. Good luck to you!

Welcome Barbie! I started a thread for newbies and retreads... the less you got to lose...the harder it seems.. so be patient!

thanks guys. I konw yu are right avout the less wieght to lose the arder it is. I guess patients is the answer, I am also trying to step up the exercise. Today was a good day eating wise and I even went for a 4 mile bike ride and 1 1/2 miles weree in to the wind and it was tough. Hopee to see the scale move soon down that is not up.

Hippychick11 keep up the great work. The plan is easy to follow and I had success.Good luck
