Not totally Core but healthy, and it's what I ate:
Breakfast: cheerios, skim, whole wheat sugar-free bread with natural peanut butter
Snack: celery and hummus
Lunch: didn't
Snack: didn't
Dinner: turkey burger, corn, salad with romaine, purple onion, feta cheese, and light Italian dressing
Maybe later: cantaloupe and blackberries
