The start of summer, the start of another season of us getting ourselves into better shape. Everyone is welcome to join this general weigh in thead. Just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around and let us all know how you've been doing. Good luck, all!

Me: 190, down 2 pounds from last week. A little surprising to me, since I had been hovering at right around 192 all week, right up until yesterday. I had been sticking well to sensible eating, and exercising twice a day, so I thought that perhaps I might have gained a bit of water or maybe even muscle. Getting on the scale this morning was a bit of shock... nice to have a good one finally!

Annie, I am so excited for you! 190! I always check your weigh in threads, you are definitely an inspiration. Have you posted any new pics??

Thanks for the kind words, Glory. No new pics lately. I'd made the desicion when I first put up my site to post updated shots at 20 pound losses mark. Though maybe after I hit 180 it would be more appropiate to do it 10 loss marks, since the less I weigh the more apparent the weight losses are. I'll have to think about it.

I have not lost ONE SINGLE POUND in over a month! :( :tantrum:

Well, at least I haven't GAINED any... so, yay me, I guess! :halffull:

After a disaterous 10 day period, I gained 4.5 pounds. I tried really hard the past week, and I'm back to square one! No new loss, but at least the gain is gone!

I'm at 237, the same as I was last week at this time. My jeans are fitting more loosely, though, so I think I'm getting some muscles.

After being at 231 for I swear 3 weeks, I am down to 227 this morning, this plateau is killing me...no matter how I change it up my body is sticking to this particular memory weight for awhile...im holding on though and I still feel great and clothes are getting more loose even though the scale isnt budging...great job everyone

I messed up my diet again..2 day in a row. Last night went out to a cocktail party and had the finger foods and the nuts...weighed in at 173.5..after having lost 2 lbs the day before from just drinking liquids all day long. I cant seem to get past 171.00 and tonight I am going to a graduation party and of course...MORE FOOD AVAILABLE!!! I havent lost a pound for the last month at all. Tomorrow I am going to the horse races and MORE FOOD involved.
What can I do...its very tempting once I get there even when I go with good intentions not to touch anything. I touch one thing and then the next and before you know all WILL POWER is out the door

I have lost another 3 lbs. this week. My fat clothes are getting loose.
Maybee I will buy me a new outfit at my 20 lb. mark.

Well last friday i was 205.6 this past friday i was 203.3. So ive lost some but i dont get to excited cause ive seen the scale go down to 201 then up and down and it just bouces between 201 and 206. im really stuck. my job is very physical so i have to find something that is different then walking to work but i jsut found a stepper at a rummage sale for 3.00 so i can start that and we will be buying a ball and some free weights soon so i can start cardio. Everyone i need people to stay on my heels to keep me going. thanks all

Definitely PMSing and was so scared of logging in to the planning thread because I didn't want to face the reality of my bingeing.

Friday - was good until I got home. Went out to dinner at Olive Garden had 1 forkful of my sis's creamy shrimp thingie and 3.5 slices of chicken alfredo pizza.
Saturday - constantly grazing. Ran a mile and UP a steep incline, yay for me! Did 100 jumping jacks.
Sunday - Good until dinner last night where we went to TGIFridays and I had the double stacked quesadillas with fries! :( But I didn't finish the whole thing so I must've saved err...20 calories :p Walked 2 miles sorta kinda briskly.

No exercise this morning but I will be doing pilates in the evening, 200 jumping jacks and 40 squats.

I weighed in at 190, which is up one pound from last week. This after 2 kinda bad days and one really awful day of eating.

It's also just before TOM, so I'm hoping to have this resolved by next weigh-in. That said, I'm not changing my tinker.

Don't wanna, can't make me :p

I'm holding steady at 196. Eating wise, I did okay...had one 'bad' day of Papa Johns but I had the flex points for it. I started a new job last week after being unemployed for nearly a month, so the shock to my feet of standing up for 6 hours on end made me lazy in regards to exercise. My goal is to step it up this week and not let work be an excuse to not do it!

But I only gained a lb went to 166. Then again I'm bloated so I'm going to have to say N/A to a weigh in until after TOM.

Has anyone been crazy hungry this week? I know it's some combination of TOM, all the rain/humidity and not being able to walk outside much - but it has to be something in the air, too!

I HAVE to buckle down this weekend - or I'll be knee-high in trouble by the 4th of July :(
