LA Weight Loss - TO Salad Dressing

Quick question: :?:
On TO you can have "lite" salad dressing....does anyone know the constraints on fat/sodium/calories for this definition?
Found a great lite caesar dressing, but it seems too good to be true! :carrot:

Also: can you use lite creamy dressings? Such as ranch?

I did, use creamy dressings I mean.
My Take-Off paper reads:
"You may use butter, margarine, or oil in preparing your food. Use oil and vinegar or lite salad dressings on your salad."
The lady at the COD circled that part and told me I was free to use as much lite dressing as I wanted.
And I lost 3lbs on my first takeoff, so yeah. It should be fine.
