I need to eat thin too - ha ha ha Breakfast: 1/2 c. lf vanilla yogurt w/chocolate flakes (really yummy!), decaf w/cream Lunch: LO piece of teriyaki chicken from freezer, mixed polynesian veggies (with pineapple chunks!). fresh strawberries Snack: soy cheese and/or carrots w/dip (depends if I'm going to gym) Dinner: roasted chicken breast, baked potato, steamed asparagus Snack: fresh pineapple/watermelon if hungry!
