Simply Filling/Core - Father's Day Fressing - June 18 Menu

Ya - so it's not core - but I like to 'see' and keep track of what I'm inhaling.

Brunch: 2 eggs scrambled w/milk, toasted bagel w/margarine, sliced tomato
earl grey tea w/milk and splenda

Out: light caramel frappucino (made w/sucralose) at the Starbucks when I picked up my decaf coffee for work!

5 pm - I am now starving and should probably eat something before we go out for dinner? (japanese grill place)

Dinner probably: small bowl broth/tofu soup, green salad w/ginger dressing, grilled shrimp, stir fried veggies, white rice..... - that should be enuf right?;)

Now what shall I hunt down for my snack? hmmmmmmm:dizzy:

Totally not Core but I might as well confess it!

Late breakfast/early lunch: corndog and a small coke

Father's Day blowout: We had steak, chicken, broccoli rice casserole, green salad, fruit salad, corn on the cob, rolls, blueberry pie, lemon cake, chips with homemade salsa (my avocados weren't ready yet so I made salsa) and a vegetable tray. What I actually ATE was: 1/2 steak, small bit of broccoli rice casserole, and one roll. I also had a few sips of a glass of white wine.
