Default Diet Pills

I've used relacore and it didn't do anything but make me break-out.

I used Trimspa x32 and lost 11 lbs. in the first week.

Now I've been using the new trimspa Ultra but it didnt do anythign for me.

So, I was wondering what pills work the best for you.

You'll find that the vast majority of our members don't use diet pills for the reasons you mentioned - they just don't work. Some contain ingredients to cause you to drop excess water, or they contain a lot of stimulants, which is a very unhealthy way to lose weight and can't be sustained. Most contain ingredients that are potentially dangerous.

So, most of our members try various diet plans, until they find the plan that fits their personal tastes and lifestyles, so they can stick with it. The only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you consume. You must burn 3,500 calories to lose one pound of fat.

Good luck!

I agree with Suzanne... sometimes it is not easy but neither are a lot of things in life which are worth it... and this is!!! Ya just have to stop sticking food into that little hole in your face. And busting butt with exercise.

I've tried MANY!!
(most had absolutely no effect on me whatsoever as I wasn't eating out of hunger anyway but for boredom, stress, because it was there, etc)

The one I'm using now is Lipo 6.... I got it at GNC, 35$ for a bottle of 120 capsules. Says you can take 4 a day for up to 8 weeks, but I only need/use 3. It helps me not think about food all day long. I can eat only the healthy foods I bring for breakfast & lunch & not feel the need to stop anywhere for fast food or snacks (I'm a truck driver) Thats a HUGE accomplishment for me! Especially when delivering to donut shoppes and restaurants that smell SOOOO good when I'm there!

I like it a lot!

(It does have a LOT of caffeine in it... you can't have other foods/drinks with caffeine while you're taking it- I was used to bringing up to 5 diet sodas with me a day, so I've switched to water - but I'm used to having so much caffeine, I leave for work between 3:30-5am so I NEED it!!!) Yea - I know, caffeine isn't good that much either!

If you look at your bottle of diet pills, either on the box, on the bottle itself or on the insert that came in the box, it will say in very fine print:

"Product Works in Conjunction with a Reduced Calorie Diet and Exercise"

No kidding. If you reduce your calories and exercise, you will lose weight with or without the expense of the pills.

Wolfena, the Lipo 6 is loaded with stimulants. You noticed the caffiene, but it also has bitter orange (Synephrine) in it, which is one of the Consumer Reports Dirty Dozen of most dangerous supplements. Besides the dangerous combination of stimulants, there's nothing really in the pills that has been proven to help with weight loss. Please be careful with your dosages, and see your physician if you notice anything wonky. Potential side effects include high blood pressure, increased risk of heart arrythmias, heart attack, seizures, or even stroke.

Good luck
