Hi everyone,
Just got back from my weigh in. I LOST 4 pounds this week:carrot: :D . I now have 19.6 pounds gone and I am officially back into the 140's again. I weighed in at 149.8 tonight. I received my 10% key chain also.
I am so psyched right now. I'm not going to aim for very high next week though because I just had two weeks with 4 pound losses. I would like to lose 0.8 pounds to make it 149 pounds.
